- Migrated user and group accounts from hosted Active Directory environment to greenfield Active Directory environment retrofitting migrated user accounts with existing Azure Active Directory tenant.
- Migrated multiple acquisitions Active Directory environments: users, groups, workstations, servers, Group Policy.
- Provided administrative access via delegated permissions and restricted groups functionality in Group Policy.

- Restored Exchange servers after customer was hit with ransomware leveraging dial tone databases.
- Migrated majority of mailboxes and public folders from Exchange 2010 to Exchange Online and remaining mailboxes from Exchange 2010 to Exchange 2016.
- Performed rollout of Azure Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) and Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR).
- Developed scripts to automate portions of migration effort, e.g. new mailboxes, MFA, SSPR, mailbox migrations, etc.
LARGE AUTOMOTIVE INSURANCE COMPANY
- Migrated acquisition Active Directory 2003 and Exchange 2007 source environment into Active Directory 2003 and Exchange 2007 target environment leveraging Quest Migration Manager (QMM) for Active Directory and Exchange.
- Migrated acquisition from Lotus Notes to Microsoft Exchange leveraging Binary Tree Common Migration Tool for Exchange (CMTe).
- Transitioned customer application development environment from NT 4.0 to Windows 2003 R2 and subsequently to Windows 2008 R2. Designed System Center Opalis workflows to automate the requisite DNS changes on the majority of the servers in the application development environment.
- Migrated from VMware 3.5.x to 4.x. Designed System Center Opalis workflows to automate most of the steps of the migration of virtual machines to the new platform.
- Installation of MOM 2005 agents and management packs for Active Directory servers and IP services servers.
- Deployment of MOM management packs to monitor critical infrastructure applications and services, including Active Directory, DNS, Exchange, SQL, MOM, SMS, etc.
- Implementation of DHCP appliances for disaster recovery project, including interaction between Linux-based DHCP services and Active Directory DNS services.
- Implementation of delegation in Active Directory to tighten security. Provided help desk members capability to reset passwords, enable/disable accounts, and add workstations to the domain without requiring administrator privileges.
- Creation of Visual Basic scripts to automate/facilitate tasks associated with Active Directory objects and IP services. Many of the scripts were written to be ran via SMS.
- Implementation of ADAM (Active Directory Application Mode) to replicate mail-related user/group attributes from Active Directory. Configuration of a Linux-based mail gateway appliance to use the ADAM instance for SMTP address resolution of Active Directory mail-related attributes for increased security.
