Company Sustainability Goals
Company sustainability goals are specific targets set by a company to reduce its negative impact on the environment and society while simultaneously promoting economic growth. These goals can be short-term or long-term, and they often address a range of issues related to sustainability, such as reducing greenhouse gas emissions, conserving natural resources, promoting social equity, and ensuring ethical practices across the supply chain.
E360 will be focused on refining and committing to sustainability goals with the following emphasis:
Reduce Plastic Consumption
e360 will seek opportunities to reduce and eliminate the use of single-use plastics in our office and event facilities. e360 seeks to exceed a 50% reduction in the purchase and use of single-use plastic water bottles, food packaging, plastic-based coffee pods, and plastic tableware, by the end of 2024 through the use of reusable, recyclable, or environmentally friendly bio-degradable options.
Waste Reduction
e360 will aim to reduce waste production, and increase recycling rates for things such as data center cabling, paper, etc. by 50%, by 2025. These changes will also positively impact the environment by lowering greenhouse gas emissions as well.
Social Responsibility
e360 always has, and will continue to uphold social equity in the workplace, such as ensuring fair wages for employees and promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. e360 offers quarterly anonymous feedback surveys, as well as an open-door policy for all employees to feel seen & heard.
Corporate Social Responsibility
