As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for leading Professional Services' engagements and cross-functional technical teams on complex customer programs or projects. The Principal Architect is the main technical contact between e360s Engineers, Project Managers, Consultants, and our client for complex networking and collaboration projects. A Solutions Architect must be capable of leading a complex project, and be a recognized expert by significant career experience in enterprise IT leadership or by demonstrated technical/professional services expertise in one or more of e360’s practices.
The Solutions Architect leads the technical workstreams of customer-facing sales engagements or projects of medium to large-size or complexity. Solutions Architects often lead the technical aspects of these engagements and the development of project deliverables (examples include high-level designs, plans, strategies, assessments). The Solutions Architect is expected to provide oversight and leadership over high-level architecture development efforts. Developing a holistic technical view and understanding of the business objectives and technical requirements, leading the technical requirements in the development of the desired architecture outcome.
Duties and responsibilities
- Main technical contact between e360 and customer from beginning to end of a project ensuring the team meets the customer's technical needs

- Participate with Sales during the sales process through Project Scoping Workshops (PSWs), presentations, solutions, development of SOW's
- Responsibility for the professional services presales process including scoping collaboration engagements, estimation of effort, and skillsets required for an outstanding customer experience.
- Proven track record of customer focus, including the ability to foster long-term client relationships

- Cisco Enterprise Network experience required (Meraki/Catalyst/Nexus).
- In-depth knowledge of networking functions/devices such as routers, switches, wireless controllers, access points. Multi-Manufacturer Knowledge is required (e.g. Cisco, hpE/Aruba Networks, Palo Alto Networks, etc.)
- Experience logical design models (L2/L3, Spanning tree, VRF, VLANs, physical cabling).
- Working technical knowledge of network control protocols (QOS, PfR, PoE, NTP, DHCP), network management protocols (CDP, FTP, TFTP, SNMP)
- Strong knowledge of IP communication and routing is required (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP). Experience with inter-company routing is preferred.
- Understand WAN/LAN and transport technologies (Ethernet, DMVPN, WAAS and MPLS).
- Configuration management of networking devices using automation tools (APIC-EM, Cisco Prime) and API scripting with Python preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco and Microsoft cloud collaboration solutions (WebEx, WebEx Calling, Microsoft Teams).
- Strong Experience with design and deployment of Cisco On-Premise Collaboration Suite, including Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Unity Connection, and Unified Contact Center Express.
- Proven capability with WebEx Calling, design, deployment and troubleshooting.
- Experience designing and deployment WebEx Contact Center
- Strong knowledge of Cisco Flex licensing
- Strong knowledge of Cisco Contact Center
- Lead the delivery of collaboration solutions including call control systems, contact center management, IM/online meeting/webinar system, and other collaboration ecosystems.
- Thorough experience with Cisco UC On-Premises and WebEx Calling telephony endpoints, including legacy phone hardware, current endpoint offerings, and soft-clients.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Calling, including Microsoft Calling Plan, Licensing, and deployment through O365
- Must have advanced knowledge of network assessment, design, and implementation for large deployments of collaboration solutions.
- Able to conduct research into networking issues and products as required.
Qualifications
- An Associates’ Degree in computer science or related field and/or five (10) years of equivalent network engineering experience is required.
- Must have at least five (5) years’ of selling experience as a lead technologist at a solutions provider.
- Must have had at least five (5) years’ experience designing, deploying, and implementing
- enterprise infrastructure.
- Must have at least five (5) years’ experience designing, deploying, and implementing Cisco-based collaboration technologies.
- Must possess a thorough understanding in at least one major Entisys360 technology practice area (Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, and/or Data), key technology partners, and industry trends
- Must have Expert Level Industry certifications such as a CCIE.
- Must have advanced client-facing skills, including the ability to analyze and provide solutions to complex architecture or services problems, influence and negotiate with clients
- Must have demonstrated leadership, team building, and management skills
- Sitting for extended periods of time.
- Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers, devices, and peripherals.

The Contractor Management Senior Specialist is a Senior level position within e360 Service Delivery Operations (SDO) Contractor Management Unit.
The position is responsible for overseeing the supply and demand of our Contingent Workforce; supporting the identification, scheduling, and coordination for our corporate-wide engineering assignments for Information Technology integration projects, Service Orders and Staff Augmentations across e360’s geographically distributed practice areas - balancing client interests, staffing needs, and business priorities. This role will contribute to the growth of our business solutions; support professional development for the team, and workforce planning to ensure we have the right people with the right skills available at the right time.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Partners with Services Delivery leadership to identify contingent workforce staffing needs and job requirements in collaboration with our internal recruitment or Contracting Partners
· Manage and grow Contracting Partners by building relationships with leadership to become a trusted advisor to achieve business objectives and optimization of partnerships
· Drives strategic initiatives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the contingent workforce as it relates to the overall business goals and objectives
· Prepare and present reports on Contingent Workforce metrics for Business Units, Services Leadership and Contracting Partners
· Ensures the continuous review of processes are aligned to organizational objectives and efficiency standards
· Support the screening process and if requested, screen candidates and resumes for short list interview selection
· Assisting with the administrative onboarding of contractors, including all compliancy paperwork, orientation and training
· Updating of Sales Orders within CRM Tool in preparation for hand off to Purchasing / Project Management
· Monitor and manage the Purchase Orders for the Projects of the contingent workforce
· Tier 1 review and approval of overall time entries for internal and contractor resources
· Contractor Invoice review, entry and submission for payment.
· Conduct project performance analysis and reporting updating all records within CRM Tool
· Identification and resolution of project and service order time entry, expense report, and invoicing issues
· Participation of internal and external meetings; including Account Team reviews, Pipeline Reviews (Resource Forecasting), Resource reviews with Business Units and Project Managers. These calls may extend into client facing calls.
· Collaborating with all members of the Contractor Management (CM) and Resource Management (RM) to ensure we meet and exceed internal and external client expectations to provide e360 World Class Service while meeting all SLA’s, provide coverage for peak workload increases and during PTO or Flex Time
· Collaborating with all members of the SDO to carry out the organization’s Executive Charter
· Participating in the ongoing review, improvement, and documentation of e360 resource management contingent workforce policies, protocols and processes
· Maintaining effective communication at the highest levels for all e360 stakeholders and external stakeholders
**MAY PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED BY MANAGER**
· 4+ years previous Resource Management, Contractor or Contingent Workforce experience
· Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP), preferred
· IT Consulting background, preferred
